Building and General Construction Laborers Local 3 is a 2,700-member Local Union affiliated with the Laborers' International Union of North America.  We proudly represent Northern New Jersey and parts of Central New Jersey.  We believe that collective bargaining gives us strength and protections in the workplace and the chance for a better life for ourselves and our fellow Union brothers and sisters.  We also believe that through cooperation with our union employers, we can deliver an outstanding results for those who employ us.  We are Laborers Local 3 and we believe in the motto of our International Union which has been passed along from generation to generation for more than 100 years:  Justice, Honor, Strength.
